How to Give Solar Panel Services Access:

1. Log into your Enphase Enlighten app or desktop portal
2. Click Menu (☰)
3. Go to Setting 
4. Select System Access 
5. Click Add User / Add Company
6. Enter our email address:
   info@solarpanelservices.com 
7. Choose Full Access  
8. Save your changes

You’re done! Your system will show on our monitoring dashboard shortly. 

We only access monitoring and performance data. Ownership and installer records remain unchanged. 

 Steps to Provide Access:

1. Log into your SolarEdge Monitoring Portal
2. Select Admin at the top 
3. Choose Account Access or Access Control 
4. Click Add User / Add Company 
5. Enter: info@solarpanelservices.com 
6. Select Full Monitoring Access
7. Save 

You’re done! Your system will show on our monitoring dashboard shortly. 

Granting access does not change your installer of record or system ownership. 

Some solar systems use different monitoring portals that require unique steps to grant access. Because each manufacturer handles access differently, we assist you directly to ensure everything is set up correctly.
